The questions about the invoice.
What does +GST mean?

Goods and Services Tax. Australian businesses add 10% to the prices shown. So $900+GST is $990 all up. If you're GST-registered you claim it back. This is how Australian B2B prices are typically quoted.
Why a 12-month minimum?

The build price is subsidised by the monthly. $900 barely covers the build if we only kept you for 3 months. Twelve months lets us invest properly in your site from day one, and most clients stay much longer than that. It also funds the ongoing chatbot, hosting, and editing system.
Are there setup extras that aren't listed?

No. $900 is $900. $1,800 is $1,800. Domain registration if you need it is around $40/year at cost. That's the only thing outside the fixed price.
How do I pay?

Invoice. 50% deposit before we start, 50% before we launch. Monthly invoices start the month after launch, due within 14 days. Bank transfer or card through our Xero-sent invoices.
What if I need more than 30 pages?
▾
Then you're outside HighStreet. That usually means WordPress Bespoke, which Jezweb handles separately. Custom design, more pages, Elementor editing. Starts at $3,000 for a 5-7 page site, more for larger. Phone us and we'll figure out the right product.
