HighStreet

Process

From your first call to a live website, in about a week.

Most clients stay on the tools while we build. You make one phone call at the start, one at the end, and we handle everything in between.

Five steps. One of them is ours to sweat.

No design committee meetings. No revision rounds. No "send us your logo in six different formats" emails.

Day 1

01

Talk

A 15-20 minute phone call. We ask about your business, your customers, your competitors. We take notes. We confirm which tier fits: HighStreet or HighStreet Plus.

Your job: answer the phone.

~20 min

Day 1-3

02

Build

We research your business online, generate the copy, generate the photography, and assemble the site in our own AI pipeline. Every page gets reviewed by a real person before it leaves our hands.

Your job: keep running your shop.

2-3 days

Day 4

03

Review

We send you the draft site on a private URL. You read it, check your address and phone number, flag anything that's wrong. No design opinions needed, just facts.

Your job: a careful read.

1 day

Day 5-6

04

Tweak

We fix your flags. Wrong phone number, a spelling of your business you prefer, a service we missed. Final polish and performance tune.

Your job: none.

1-2 days

Day 7

05

Launch

We point your domain, verify everything's live, and send you the handover pack. Your chatbot starts answering enquiries. Invoice follows.

Your job: celebrate quietly.

Launch day

The small print (good news)

Things you don't have to do.

Most web projects fall over because the client runs out of patience for the busywork. We skip all of it.

Sit through design meetings

We make the colour and font decisions. Based on 1,500 sites worth of experience.

Write the copy

We draft every page based on research. You just correct the facts.

Find professional photos

AI-generated imagery, tuned to your trade. Usually better than stock, and never stolen from someone else's shop.

Learn a CMS

No admin panel. You edit directly on the live page. Click text, type new text. That's the system.

Deal with plugins and updates

No WordPress, no plugin updates, no security patches for you to worry about. We handle the infrastructure.

After the launch

What happens next month, and the month after.

Your $90/month covers hosting, security, the chatbot, and the editing system. We do the infrastructure work in the background.

ALWAYS-ON

Hosting & SSL

Cloudflare infrastructure. The same network big companies use. Uptime we actually monitor.

24/7

Chatbot answering

L2Chat answers customer questions from your site content. Captures leads when you're asleep or on the tools.

ANY TIME

Click-to-edit

Change your hours, your prices, your phone number directly on the page. Takes seconds, not a support ticket.

WHEN NEEDED

Extra content

New page, new blog post, bigger structural change? $50+GST per request and we do it this week.

Honest answers

The questions we actually get asked.

What if I hate the first draft?

Tell us what's wrong. We'll fix it. The tweak phase exists for exactly this. What we don't do is unlimited revision rounds, because that's where projects die. Specific corrections: yes. "Can we try five more versions": no.

Can I pick my own colours and fonts?

Not on HighStreet. That's why the price is $900 and not $3,000. If you want pixel-level control, we have a WordPress Bespoke service through Jezweb proper. Usually starts at $3,000 and takes 3-6 weeks instead of one.

What happens if I want to cancel?

After your 12-month minimum, the monthly is month-to-month. Cancel any time. If you cancel during the minimum, the remaining months are payable. Your content is yours and we'll export it for you.

Is "AI-built" really as good as hand-coded?

Look at the portfolio. Every site there was built this way. AI does the boring parts (layout, typography, first draft copy, image generation). A human director makes the brief, reviews the output, and ships the work. Most clients can't tell which pages were AI-first and which were hand-written.

Do I own my content?

Yes. All text, images, and data are yours. If you ever leave, we'll export it all. The platform itself is a managed service, like renting a shopfront. The words and pictures on the walls belong to you.

Sound reasonable?

One phone call starts it. We'll call you at the time that suits.
